This book was created to compile the most essential information in one place, helping readers understand the hair restoration process—from the basics and preparation to recovery.
Why was the „101 questions about hair transplants” created?
Since 2011, as a doctor specializing in hair transplantation, I have had the opportunity to speak with thousands of patients, each with their own stories, concerns, and questions. It was these conversations that inspired me to create this guidebook.
Over the years, I have encountered a wide range of questions—some were simple, focusing on the technical aspects of the procedure, while others were more complex, related to individual patient cases. However, they all had one thing in common: they expressed the need for understanding and a sense of security when making the decision to undergo a hair transplant.
Answering hair transplant questions in daily practice inspired the idea for this book
While answering questions about hair transplantation in my daily practice, the idea for this book was born.
When writing „101 Questions …”, I set out to address the most frequently asked questions posed by my patients and those interested in the topic. My goal is for this book to become a trusted guide, helping readers understand the complexity of hair transplantation, dispel concerns, and make an informed decision.
This guidebook is a collection of real questions asked by my patients during consultations and visits. Thanks to their curiosity and honesty, I was able to gather and organize knowledge that, I hope, will help future patients better understand the procedure—what it involves, its possibilities, and its limitations. My aim was to provide answers in a clear, reliable manner, based on years of professional experience.
I hope that the information contained in this book will be valuable both for those considering the procedure and for those preparing for it or awaiting the final results of their transplant.
